I understand that a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to confirm my booking. The remainder of my payment will be required in cash, at the final location of the photoshoot. Deposits may be paid via Venmo or Zelle. *

I approve/do not approve of the use of photos taken on shoot date on social media including, but not limited to: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Website. *

I understand that if I fail to arrive on time or within 30 minutes of selected date and time that my photoshoot will be canceled and I will still be required to be paid in full. *

I understand that if I wish to cancel or reschedule my photoshoot, I must contact Kay within 3 days of selected time and date. Failure to do so will require full payment as photographer will be unlikely to attend another photoshoot on selected date and time. *

I understand that I will attend the photoshoot prepared and ready to have fun! *
