Photographer Release Form

In order to receive your full resolution photo gallery, you are required to complete this form agreeing to all terms of the photographer. In summary, you are agreeing to give ALL credits to the photographer, and understand that you are NOT to manipulate final photos in any shape or form. All photos are pre-edited and RAW photos will not be distributed, under any circumstances.

I understand that all images are edited and I am NOT to manipulate the final photos under any circumstances, in any way, shape, or form. I agree to this term and understand that a violation may result in legal action and additional fees. *

I agree and understand that Kay reserves all rights to photo distibution amongst social media, portfolio, and print. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, I understand that my photos may be posted on social platforms.

I agree to provide ALL necessary credit to Kaay's Photos (Kalin Pham-Nguyen) on any and all platforms where images will be posted and published. This includes but is not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Publications. This includes all guests and other people within the gallery, as well. I agree to this term and understand that failure to do so may result in legal action and additional fees. *

I understand that no photos may be distributed outside of the clientele, who has booked the shoot and those who have been previously listed, without the approval of Kay. I agree to this term and understand that failure to do so may result in legal action and additional fees. *
